Enter the CloudTrax Login ID if this is a network-specific issue. If you're using the latest CloudTrax (CT4) you can find this under Configure -> General -> Network Name. If you're using our older/legacy version of CloudTrax it's under Edit Network -> General -> Login ID. There's no need to provide the password.
