Adding your new Router (G200) to Cloudtrax

NOTE: If you have a legacy Cloudtrax account, you will need to migrate to the new User Management (UM) system before adding the router. Instructions on how to update your Cloudtrax account to the new UM system are available here:

To add your router to Cloudtrax, simply browse to "Manage -> Routers" as seen in the screenshot above and click the "+ Add Router" button.

If you add your router, but it's LED simply continues blinking yellow and doesn't show online in Cloudtrax, please double-check the MAC address on the routers bottom label. The MAC address entered in CloudTrax should match exactly with the MAC address on the routers label.
