The "Alt Dashboard" server was used in earlier versions of CloudTrax but isn't used any longer. By default your alt server is test.cloudtrax.com and the primary is checkin.cloudtrax.com or dashboard.cloudtrax.com. Basically these are all things that happen behind the scenes, but the timeout error indicates either a transient issue within your network typically related to DNS resolution or Cloudtrax is experiencing unusually high load. In the end, because the flag is set, it ultimately is able to check-in using a secondary option or our fallback IP instead, so it's not necessarily an issue unless you're seeing client connectivity issues on the network itself.
