Our devices do not natively work behind a proxy - there is no ability to enter authentication information into the node to allow it through the proxy.
However, you may be able to work around this by adding exceptions to your proxy to allow the APs to continue to check-in as intended. In most circumstances, adding www.cloudtrax.com to your bypass list may be enough to allow the nodes to receive their configurations, and report to your dashboard. If not, we also suggest adding checkin.cloudtrax.com, connkeeper.cloudtrax.com and test.cloudtrax.com. It should be noted that you will also need to create an exception for the client device that accesses the dashboard, as you will not be able to access the Cloudtrax dashboard otherwise.
Individuals that connect to the wireless network will have to manually enter the proxy credentials before they will have Internet access.
