AccessDenied error when prompted for splash page

Problem:

When associating a wireless device to an SSID with a splash page enabled, instead of viewing the splash page, they see an "Access Denied" error, as seen below:


Solution:

If you see a "Access Denied" error, this would indicate that you have enabled a splash page in Cloudtrax but have not fully saved the splash page. You can correct this by going into the splash page editor for the SSID affected, clicking Save above the editing toolbar, then clicking Save for the SSID itself.
